why don't you put an ad in the newspaper or get access to resumes on monster? if you don't want to spend the money to find a good processor, then you can even try craigslist.

My processor is moving and have to quit, I interviewed bunch of people from the craigslist, and realized that most of the people lie on the resumes and some don't show up for the interviews at all.

Why not get a local who is permanently tied down there
and train her? There are many loan processors out of work
now in Los Angeles, but I myself do my own processing from
my Encompass and have trained one person to assist me.

FHA processing is not difficult to do and you have all
the needed forms in Encompass. Some FHA lenders will even
provide you with processing instructions with a sample
MACAW etc. and an A/E will spend several hours with you to
walk you thru. If you have good FHA loan files, there will
be people who will help walk you thru.

Why not have her work remotely from home? Atleast untill you and your processor find a perm solution.
