Hello everyone, I have 2 SFR purchases in San Diego for 2 foreign nationals. Purchase price will be between 800k - 1 mil for each property. What lenders are doing them and what is the max LTV you've seen them at. Thanks for your help!

| 70% is the best I have seen for Foreign Nationals. Not sure on the dollar amount but Bank United, Wachovia and Emigrant Mortgage to name a few. |

| Wachovia will do it till 417K loan amount, over that they require 45% down. Don't know the other lenders, I'll check it out. Thanks! |

We can do 55% max LTV on foreign nationals in San Diego.
