I'm looking for a lender other than World Savings who lends to Foreign Nationals in south FL, looking for 60 % LTV,

Al, I've tried to call the International Report Cmpany South Trust recommended, but they have not returned my calls or emails yet. Do you know of another international credit reporting co that does return calls or emails?

Can you remember the what they required from borrower as far as income/ credit/ assets?

| I'm not 100% if wholesale has it. I'm retail.. UW requires employment/cpa letter, credit transfer letter (behavior score 50), bank statements, 2 credit letters w/ 24mo history. If they want 80% must be HSBC premier ($100K acct). |

I have a hedge fund that will go 70%LTV. No need for international credit report.
We do need to verify employment and assets. |

I called a friend of mine at HSBC. They do not have a Foreign National to 80%. As far as the International Credit company. That is only a suggestion. You may use any credit company you want. We are getting our loans closed within 6 days of a full submission.
30 or 15 year fixed
No PPP
Rates between 6% and 7's
