Property in Northern VA - SFH
FICO 750+
Show owns 5 properties total. $250,000 in assets.
Appraisal at $910,000, loan amount needed is $728,000!
Fairfax County
Can anyone help me at this LTV or help refi her current 2nd?? Need Stated 2nd to 80%?
She a great borrower, never missed a mortgage payment??

The property that needs financing is Owner Occupied..
OO, $728 Loan amount (approx) 80% SIVA cash Out JUMBO with a 750+ FICO!
Can anyone do this still??

First off i would verify whether or not it is actually a jumbo loan. Check out the county loan limits. Chances are if her house is valued at $910k her county limit is around $750k. Then run it at Indy under their SIVA program. Let me know if it works out for you. copy and paste this site to your browser. It is the best way to look up new lending limits
