ARE THERE ANY LENDERS DOING LOW 500s FICO anymore? Thanks for any info you can provide!

Hmmm, I just talked with an Equifirst Rep today and he said they are only doing FHA now but I'm not sure down to what scores?

do you need an approved/elligible with a 569 fico, 13yrs on job police officer plenty of reserves, 5 trades open no lates, no derog last 12mths, 3yrs rental history what's the maximum total collections allowed

i can go down to 530 as well. close within 5 days, direct lending all states. 95 c/o 97.75 r/t 0x30..... 85 c/o 85 r/t with lates, i bank these deals so i can close even the worst history, just give me a good loe.

wayne i can get 530 scores down as well. I actually can go down to 520. Let me know

You should try security Atlantic. I know for purchases hsbc does not require a credit score. However, they will look at the past 12 months credit history.

2 borrowers (Sisters) buying a home for $164K. Payment lower than their current rent. DTI @ 42%. 564,663 FICO's. Can your office do a purchase @ 3 or 5% downpayment? If you can what does the rate look like?
