Scenario:
Purchase in Las Vegas, NV 200K Purchase Price 50K or more down, so less than 80% LTV 750 FICO score, however, there is only one score. Ran it through Fannie Mae DU, received a Refer/Eligible, due to dti ratio of 65%
Is this even possible? I have everything but the appraisal, which should be no problem since this home is a bank repo. Please, I would appreciate anybody's input on this. Thank You. |
