Any lenders still do option arms? Just checked with Wachovia which they now don't do.
My borrower is 636 fico 657k loan amount rate term refi CA 67% LTV Owner occupied full doc. Please help, thanks. |

| home savings i think still does them. just went to their site and it appears they still do them. not sure of terms. homesavingsofamerica.com is the website. |
