Cash Out Refi Pasadena, MD SFR Owner Occupied 450 Midscore Loan Amount $220,000.00 LTV/CLTV - 60% Full Doc or Stated 1 Year Term Minimum She is buying out her brother in the property and paying off debt. With the debt paid off we will be able to turn around and refi her FHA with her imporoved credit score.
I am not currently licensed in MD and would need to refer this to someone who is.

| Mattrock, I reponded to you stating this deal is not a problem. However, you have three approaches with us to help this borrower. Either, I can send you a broker pkg. or you can sign on to work for the company we are in need of exp. LO's. Or give it up; it's a disservice to your client. If you're seeking a co-broker I'll decline. |
