It helps of your already an approved broker. If you are, I can get things done pretty quick. However, every time I hear "full package" it seems some things are missing.

United Wholesale Mtg has been extremely fast out of Michigan for me. Stips not bad and rates are middle of the road. Their website is uwmco.com My rep is Bryan Genovich.

I just sent 2 full packages of full doc A files to
NBGI and Provident Bank Mortgage upon promises of 48 hours
turnaround time. I can wait for 2-3 days alright as time
is not that critical as long as the A/Es are on top of
my files. These days, I have lost faith in sending files
to big lenders, i.e. Wells, HSBC, HomeComings, due to
their A/Es being overstretched to service my files more
attentively and their customer service clerks can be
frivolous with some stips. Dealing with pass-thru mortgage
bankers with excellent services may give a little less
rebate but you get your files closed fast and issues resolved
thru the help of the right A/Es and underwriters. They seem
to care more about their brokers than big banks these days,
and this is the mood that I see.

AmTrust is always quick to UW and clear conditions and you draw your own docs which makes closing from start to finish in a week a reality, however, a FULL Clean file is needed....

we're pretty quick lately. 48-72 hours for the approval, then once you get conditions in its 24 hours to docs

Aside from a quick turnaround time which can be 48 to 72
hours, some lenders offer Free Credit Report via their
AUS (See Taylor Bean & Chase Zippy & Citi). To match
the Free Credit Report facility extended to their brokers,
some morgage bankers' A/Es offer to run DU or LP free of
charge to brokers on the basis of the 1003 taken with
revoliving debts to be identified after the 1st DU or LP
run b the A/E. Then, the DU or LP credit report is e-mailed
back to the broker or the L/O, to complete the revolving
debts and to pay offs some necessary items to bring down the
DTI. Then, the A/E will run DU or LP the second time or
until the loan is approved as LP Accept Plus or DU/Eligible.

Of course, the files go to the A/E and the lender who
extend this service of Free Credit Report as the DU or
LP findings cannot be assigned to another lender.

Any A/E here is offering this service too?

I'm puzzled sometimes about OP asking about turn times and "I have a full pkg."...."ready to go". If you don't have a wholesale or correspondent relationship with any of the lenders mentioned.... Your question is irrelevant. I get information everyday about rates, program changes from all affiliations. Therefore, you can stay informed and can keep your clients informed. I'm rambling, I guess I'll retire my rum & coke!
