| How much do you charge, How much can brokers make, etc. Can't you guys post that info or is it a state secret? |

Thanks for your reply. Brokers can structure their pricing to cover our submission fees and their overhead. We cannot suggest nor recommened an amount either.
Our company fees are:
$995.00 enrollment deposit that is fully refundable to the Affiliate after the 10th submission. This will include the necessary training usually an hour or two to answer any Q&A's that might come along. Our lenders guidelines that are up-to-date, worksheets to pre-qual the client, and sample contracts (to be used at their discretion and we do recommend to consult an Attorney so it is compliant with their state) are provided. Also if the Affiliate does not have a Merchant account we can assist on setting that up as well. Additionally for our Affiliates we offer to create, maintain, and host a website to their company's needs for Loan Modifications for a flat $495.00 fee.
Our submission per file fees:
$1250.00-1/loan & 1/lender: Doc Audit, BPO report, and modification
$1495.00-2/loans & 1/lender: Doc Audit, BPO report, and modification
$1695.00-2/loans & 2/different lenders: Doc Audit, BPO report, and modification

One last note:
For CA brokers that are interested in using our sample contracts per DRE guidelines we strongly suggest that once the contracts are customized to your company; to submit to the DRE for review and approval. We can explain the process if needed so you will be in full compliance on collecting upfront fees.

Stop advertising and spamming everyone's thread. What are you a Jerkoff? Go back and read the rules and guideliens of the BO. Go start your own thread and if people are interested in your services, they will respond.
