Wamu retail does not, unless just changed. Have a good friend that works in their portfolio retention division, stopped offering on 2nd homes and N/O/O around Jan/Feb this year, I belive?
We CAN do hard money HELOC's on n/o/o prop, up to 55% CLTV, or hard money 1sts up to 60% ltv |
