Anyone doing a SIVA 90% LTV on a 730 FICO
o/o
self employed
FL/Polk
Rate/Term no cash out
they are trying to get out of a 6.5% 40 adj and a 12.5% 2nd.

David, this loan has been unavailable for some time, especially in Florida. Welcome to the BO
Did you run it as a Full doc loan through DU, possibly you could get an income waiver although many lenders are not honoring them.
Have you looked at the tax returns, what would the back end ratio be? |
