My name is Alex and I work for Loan Processing Center Inc./ Loss Mitigation Division. We process Loss Mitigation files also known as Loan Modifications. We have an Affiliate program which would essentially allow you to send us pre-approved files for modification. Which is typically someone who is going through financial hardship or unable to refinance. From there we assume full liability as well as responsibility of the distressed homeowner. The client will receive disclosures once the file is submitted and be assigned a dedicated processor. We have an in-house counsel of Attorneys, Paralegals, and Processors which work as a team to get the results your clients deserve. As the originator you will have access to an online tracking system which will give you the ability to view the progress of all your submitted files. We negotiate a flat fee for your submissions based on anticipated volume and you are free to charge an appropriate fee above your cost. You are paid once the file is submitted and payment is received. I am confident we would be a great tool to any mortgage company out there. I would be more than happy to answer and questions or concerns you may have, feel free to contact me.

You are free ot charge what you want. If their payment is $2500 and you want to charge them one months payment you could make between $1000-$1500.
