| What lenders are still accepting Nehemiah grants? |

| Most banks that accept FHA loans accept Nehemiah. The lender that I use is Taylor Bean. They "welcome" the program and don't have any issues funding it. The only issue is they have a slow turnaround time on government loans. Rates are good though. |

| So far, of the lenders I'm signed up with, I thought Security Atlantic was the only lender not allowing DPA's. Could be wrong though |
