Any lenders out there service purchases on Non-Warrantable Condos?
We might be able to take a contract on 214 units, and have the first stab at financing on any sales that occur, so finding a good lender to service these could be huge for us.
If we can strike the right deal we'll send them all your way.
As of now the Complex is 100% sold, however, currently only 58 of the 214 are owner occupied, which is right around 27-28% O/O.
Can any lenders do this for us?
