| I have borrowers that are buying noo condos and need lenders that are still offering these programs. Looking for interest only or option arm. Most of the buyers have past investment experience. Some of the buyers may have 10 or more properties on credit. Again, these are all full doc. Properties are located in Utah. |

| Possibly Wachovia to 75%. Not sure about the condos though |
