Is there anyone who will still do HELOC in 1st position?
Scenario:
SFR
Free and Clear
Cash Out HELOC
Full Doc
40% LTV
California (Riverside)
OH!!! :) Non-Owner!!!
Any help is appreciated!!!

| Not yet, I looked at Suntrust and a couple of others that used to do Helocs with and they are not even doing them anymore. I was just about to look at Wells but I have never had any luck with them in 12 years. |

| US Bank is a no like many that I have called. Anyone else have any idea or is this a thing of the past like 90% of all loans? |

| I can get Prime - 3/4% in certain situations, and Prime - 1 if client is big enough, but rare |
