7 unit Apartment Complex, N/O/O, Full Doc, 80% LTV, 700 scores.... Great DSC Coverage (over 1.9)
$140,000 Purchase price, need $112,000 Commercial Loan...
Any Advice on Best Lender ???????? |

With that loan amount - believe it or not - it may limit you on how many lending sources will be interested.

8.75% on a 30 fixed with no "lock-out" and no balloon.
Just a good, old-fashioned 30 year fixed rate mortgage on the building. The "Set It...and Forget It!" loan, perfect for multi-family properties to be held as long-term cash-flow investments.
They can even close in the LLC or Family Trust if you like.
No "upfront" fees, either.
Send it over and lets get it off the street and into an underwriter's hands today. |
