Client currently owns and operates a car rental Lot with garage/offices and is looking to purchase another.It is only a lot right now.Customer is willing to lease the property and build said garage/office if needed, or would like to purchase the lot right now.

If we can croos collateralize both properties we may find a way to make it work.
