A-MORTGAGE BROKER: WE NEED A COPY OF YOUR BROKERS LICENSE
TO BE PAID 1099 FOR DOING ALL BUSINESS EXCLUSIVELY WITH NATIONS. FUNDING SOURCE. IF YOU STILL WANT TO DO BUSINESS IN YOUR STATE WITH YOUR LENDERS YOU WILL BE W2.
B-LOAN OFFICERS: WE NEED A COPY OF YOUR LOAN OFFICERS LICENSE IF YOUR STATE REQUIRES IT. AND YOU WILL BE W2

6-YOU WILL GET A CREDIT CARD GENERATED FICA ACCOUNT
FROM SETTLEMENTONE.COM,15.00 one time setup charge.
WE USE DATAVERIFY SOFTWARE
THE SAME SOFTWARE THE BANKS USE(with 4506 included)
BEFORE THE LOAN GOES TO THE UNDERWRITER TO STOP FRAUD.
We pay loans on the 15th and the 30th of each month
As long as the loan is in our office with the check and closed
And in the correct stacking order and complete (compliant) by
The 10th or the 25th of the month and it will be paid out on the
