US Bank max's at 75% in CA... Irwin will only do simo 2nds behind their 1sts... GB max 75% in CA Wells max 50% in San Fran Chase is done doing wholesale 2nds blahblahblah making myself noxious over a standalone 2nd.... |

Wells has 4 market categorizations...1 being the best, 4 the worst. However no market falls into Market 1!
San Fran falls into 4, and thus all of the (C)LTV's are hit hard... |

| See this as an opportunity, Check with local credit unions and find one or 2 that do these transactions contact them and suggest a referral alliance you send them clients that need 2nds they send you clients that need Fha. Most credit unions do not do FHA and they are the last best hope these days for Helocs and 2nds. |
