The Competitive Lending Association, Welcomes Broker Outpost Opinions & Suggestions.
We have been following the communities that discuss the practices of online lead generation companies such as Lending Tree, or Zillow’s new mortgage platform.
As many of you have commented on the need for online accountability and monitoring, we have stepped in to create a solution.
We are beta testing the new platform before we upload all of our exciting directory listings into the accountability program.
Please let us know what you think. Even in beta test, we have had over six complaints placed this month against loan officers. One of them was against one of our members. Three of them were found to be unwarranted and were removed. The other three were found valid and we are waiting for the loan officers to respond with their side prior to the panel making its decision and posting the results. We want to be fair to both parties.
Please let us know your thoughts and suggestions. We will listen to your suggestions and value your opinions, after all, many of our members are active participants in your community.
