I know that it is June 2008, but..is anyone offering 90% LTV Fast & Easy Countrywide product? Security National use to do it, but I don't see anyone offering it. I would rather not use countrywide directly. Anyone?

Since most of those types of lenders sold them to Countrywide, they only offer it if CW offers it. Once CW cut it off, everyone who sells off to them would cut it off also.

The "Fast and Easy" product was replaced by the new "Slow and Miserable" program on June 13th, Countrywide memo 234-08

Countrywide still does offer Fast & Easy. Once you run a deal through their system as a "FUll Doc," it then gives you the option for Fast & Easy if they qualify.

....slow & miserable actully has been installed by B of A.
