buyer is looking to purchase two properties at 90% ltv
The owner occupied property purchase price: 240,000
The investment property is 215000
Full doc
looking for banks that would atleast give 1% ysp and a low arm or low fixed.
ran it through du and said the credit history was too short.
Everything else is good
been on job for 2 and half years
