A new ezine is available for loan officers, underwriters, processors and company owners on the rule and regulation changes that have occurred on conforming loans, FHA and VA.
It's www.MortgageCurrentcy.com and is published every 30 days with the most recent and newest rule changes that will affect your loans.
It's written by Leslie Petersen, who is one of the best in the industry, but what she really does that sets it apart, is that with each rule change, she "interprets" what it means to each person who touches the loan...the loan originator, processor, underwriter and company owner/manager.
