Hi all,
I have 18 deals NOO and 2nd homes that are purchases in Weston, FL. I need lenders for these loans. They are very cut and dry and ready to go.
704 score, SFR, Stated and/or Full Doc, NOO & 2nd Homes, Need max LTV 90% preferred, Wage & 1099.

| 2nd homes, if they are real 2nd homes I can help with... NOO properties I can't get mortgage insurance on so I would be maxed at 80% LTV on full doc and 70% LTV on stated.... |

Ryan, who can do every deal, how would someone call you? Your number is not in your profile. I would think that someone who could do every deal would want his number easily accessible. |

David, if you noticed, Ryan's number is in his signature. That's more accessible than his profile, I would think.

My bad, I have to apologize for that. I had my settings to not include signatures without realizing it. However, my main point is that there have been multiple posts about Ryan Robertson. If you click on his recent posts, he claims he can do every deal, and he always posts the same thing- to call him. |

| You can send me an email and I can have one of our LO's look into this for you. We are licensed in Fl, but I only do Commercial. Email me and I can get you a fast answer. ( I know our processor would know the answer very fast. ) I personally will guess that 90% is too high.. but lets see. |
