| Who out there is the most liberal with FHA and ratios? I have a manual underwrite and higher DTI. Also have quite a few compensating factors. |

The Money Store goes to 60% dti and is agressive in approving refers. We do manual underwrites down to 580 score, and with AU approval down to 550. 24 to 48 hour turn times.
