Anyone know a lender or hard money lender who is willing to do a self employed stated lot loan at 80%LTV with a 764 credit score in the state of Maryland???; the loan amout is for 450K. This borrower is will to work with a hard money lender as well.
Please let me know if you can help. |

| 40 to 50% tops on dirt. The lenders valuation of the property will be more conservative than your borrowers appraisal. |

My borrower has a 764 credit score, is self employed so he needs to go stated. Can put 20% down and the property appraised for $455,000 but is being sold for $450,000.
Let me know what options I have with you and I will get you what you need. This guy wants to get down ASAP.
