The purpose of BO for a long time has been the sharing and dissemination of information that is helpful to other B.O. Members. Right?
I'll just throw this little challenge out there to anybody here.
Find 1 person who shares MORE technical data about loan audits and loan modifications on the B.O. than I do, or Moe does, and I will personally send them $100.00 and YOU $100.00 when you identify this person and bring these posts to the forefront for the members to see. The time frame is today, going back 1 year ago.
Actually, I almost don't even care if it accurate, let's just see if the thought process behind the content is there.
Now, here is the $64,000 question for you guys and ladies. Do you think Moe or I just read all this stuff in a book and decided to post it, hoping that we might reel in a broker here on the B.O. who wants to do mods for their clients?
Moe has written more published articles on the subject of loan audits, predatory lending and loan modifications than anyone else in the country. Ya think he just BS'd his way through those too?
Many of us at Loansafe.org who helped folks het mods for free are the same people doing loans mods for a fee. Same people, what makes you think your results will be any differnet?
Do you guys just think that Pat Pulatie writes whatever he feels like hoping to BS you into thinking he maybe knows Jack Sh*t? This guy could make Swiss cheese out of a set of loan docs. He is a helluva nice guy, besides.
Just having some fun here tonight, but seriously, the challenge is on.
