Need a loan officer in the CHICAGO area who can still handle sub prime.
These are my requirements. Plese do not reply if you do not meet ALL of them.
1. MUST have an office in the Chicago metro area (NO home-offices). I must be able to visit your office for initial meeting.
2. Must be approved to do FHA loans.
3. Is familiar with and has actually used down payment assistance programs.
If, and ONLY if, you meet ALL of these initial requirements, please send your NAME, COMPANY NAME, OFFICE PHONE NUMBER AND PHYSICAL OFFICE ADDRESS to:

sadly, its not a joke.
Rich...AKA Tool Boy...still doesn't realize how poorly he came off in his original post.
Review his closing paragraph:

He tells us nothing about who he is and what he is really looking to do. Only that all interested parties must jump throuh his hoops to see if they meet HIS QUALIFICATIONS...only a real putz would think that anybody worth while would respond to this type of post. He is letting us know up front that, no matter what, his time must not be wasted...God forbid!!
Oh, and make sure to forward your "PHYSICAL OFFICE ADDRESS " so Tool Boy can check out and approve your office space.

Actually I've already gotten a reply and spoke to a professional broker who works for a company (WITH an actual office) here in Chicago where I am.
(BTW, thanks Kevin)
So again,
Any professional LO/brokers who meet the criteria are free to contact me. And YES, I DON'T want any jokers who will waste my time.

Yeah, I really care what "brokers" think who:
1. Don't have the guts to even use their real name on their profile
2. Have all day to spend making comments on messageboards with 200..300...400...3000 posts to their credit. (How do you get any work done?...Oh yeah....they don't!)

Is business for you and your buddies THAT nonexistent? I guess I'd be bitter too if I was like you guys and still working out of my parent's basement trying to "broker loans".

Glad I'm not in Ca. Too many idiots there trying to "do loans" out of their bedrooms.
Interesting to see that there are still as many hating losers on Broker Outpost as ever (emphasis on "broke").
Anyway,
Enough fun and games going back and forth with the losers, LOL
I do have leads for serious brokers in the Chicago area.

And I think anyone in the Corona area of CA can tell you I'm definately not working out of my bedroom. |

Not looking for "purchasers" for anything (afraid someone is making money while you are making little comments from your bedroom "office"?)
Need brokers who can do the loans with the qualifications I asked for.
Trust me, the ones who are interested in doing business (not wasting time HOPING to get a bone) will make money.
You can LOL and make snide comments all day and night. It only shows what you are about...which is nothing.
Get on your business and start making money. Otherwise go away and make room for those who want to make money instead of bitter, unfunny jokes.
I came here as a lark. I already know 99% of the Jokers brokers here are full of crap and couldn't close an envelope.
But you can find one or two who are serious. Believe me, I got one already.
You're right. It IS Sunday and I just felt like a little give and go with the clowns who really think anyone cares what they have to say (get a clue--I don't).
I'm done here now. I'll be back in another year or so when I think about this "site" and get bored again.
Get the message? You ain't hurting no feelings here and I certainly ain't relying on THIS messageboard to eat. |
