 Search for: Flat fee broker that can do loans in many states.

Anybody know of any flat fee broker that charges around $450 - $650 and license in many states?

I know there are brokers out there who will do loans in states you're not licensed in but charge an extra 500 for piggybacking.

Are we allow to use our own processors?
