WE NOW HAVE SCORES DOWN TO 500 FOR FHA WITH MANUAL UNDERWRITING!!!!!
While we won't approve just anyone with a 500 score we now have MAKE SENSE UNDERWRITING BACK AT IDEAL MORTGAGE BANKERS.
I just received the new guidelines for our portfolio underwriting for FHA loans with scores allowed as low as 500 again.
It is make sense lending like we had in the old days. If the borrower deserves the loan we will approve it regardless the score.
