I have a Husband and a wife that keep their finances separate in CO. Husband owns a piece of land free and clear in a desirable area in the mountains. Paved road access. Wife would like to purchase the land from the Husband using 50% gift of equity from Husband. Wife could also be placed on title then refi if we could get cash out. They would probably consider hard money if necessary.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for lenders.

Thanks and have a fantastic weekend.
