I need to find a lender that can accomodate this VERY QUICKLY.

This is a cashOut Refi.

He is paying off debt and consolidating to 1 mortgage.

Trying to Refi his Primary Residence in California.

LTV is 85%

Value: $440,000.00

Loan Amt: $374,000.00

I already have a DU Approval and Full Package, ready to CLOSE. I need a lender who can close this file in the next few days,

I can do it but my fast track is running between 48 and 72 hours. but I can get you docs right after.

Our approvals with a full package are taking 24 hours or less. Our underwriters will be in over the weekend. If you get me a full package we can have your borrower signing Monday or Tuesday. Call me if you are interested.
