| We can do a NOO rehab loan with a pretty strong borrower but it takes a lot of a down payment. 80% LTV. Is that what you are looking for? |

80% of as-is value or ARV? borrower's credit is shaky, need stated income but he has the experience. ARV is around 55-65%. Wants to contribute maybe 10%, seller is crediting $6k,sale price is $108k. ARV is $200k. Has end-buyer in contract for $180k after repairs....
