Buddy, no lender in the country will do 90% stated & no MI company in the country will insure this loan at 90%. Man, where have you been?

| Sorry man was in the insurance biz waiting for things to settle down just started at a local bank and I am back in the mix, thanks for the tip... |

Most likely, your going to be capped at 75% LTV. Might find 80% somewhere. This is a cookie cutter world right now.
