I need a 2nd to 80 CLTV [approximate loan amount 100k] to piggyback on a new home purchase.

674 credit score
Full Doc
1x30 mortgage lates

Any ideas?

Check with Amtrust and Flagstar. Not sure if score is
good enough but both lenders do offer piggyback 2nds,
full doc, to go with their 1st.
