| On the Fannie Mae jumbo you can go to 80% and 90% CLTV. Probably your best shot is to find a second on that but that FICO is not good for it. |

| You can still lock an 80-10-10 full doc with a fixed second at US Bank. They require a 650 Fico for this product. However, it is being discontinued on July 2nd. Call me if you have any questions. 949-289-4080. |
