I am having the hardest time trying to place this loan. I have a borrower that is looking to purchase a home putting 15% down. The problem I am having is with the loan amount over 750k I am limited to 80% LTV with all of my lenders. Are there any lenders out there that will go to 85% or 90% LTV with an 850k loan amount? Thanks in advance for your help.
