OK, I think this one will be tricky
Non- Owner, cashout refi at about 50% LTV, one day off MLS, and stated income… 720 + FICO score… I need a lender that will do the one day off, and stated investor…

I also have a stated NOO cash-out requirement in Oklahoma. 50-60% LTV, mid 600's score. Borrower owns several NOO properties, many are free and clear. |
