| If you do a search on reverse mortgages, you will find a lot of useful information. There have been a lot of helpful topics in the last few months. |

With all due respect to Scott who is signed up with a couple good reverse lenders, ask your questions here and you will get answers from those of us that do reverse every day all day and passionately.

| The borrower owns house F&C. High credit scores. He is 71. I'm just not sure how they work at all honestly... I know that's pretty vague, but was going to research. I just didn't knwo if anyone knew of any leading lenders with the program, or if pretty much everyone offered it. Thanks. |
