Can anyone do a 150K HELOC at Prime +0 or a Fixed 2nd w/ 45% CLTV, Full-Doc, 725+ FICO, 100K Cash Reserves? Please let me know... thanks for your help!

| I have this product and I can price a 2nd at Prime but it's only available retail. I would have to run the first and do the loan as a combo unless, by chance, they already had a Flagstar 1st mortgage. |
