Dying here! I have a full doc, self employed borrower, with tax returns and investment accounts, proving income and assets galore, 740 FICO. Looking for up to 70% cash out on a 4 unit investment complex he has owned for 6 years and has never refinanced. Appraisal was done 2 weeks ago at $1,340,000. Long rental history for this San Francisco, California property.
Any help?
