Seems hard to find.
We have quite a few reasonable FHA possible loans, below 580, most of the lenders we have strictly follow minimum 580 besides TBW.
Need a branch that has lenders that do below 580, just like the retail shops, that are beating us to death.

Paul #3 does manual UW all the time.
Opportunity #3
CA,CO,CT,DE,FL,GA,IL,MA,MD,MI,NH,NJ,NM,PA,RI,SC,TN,VA,VT,
This is a full eagle FHA banker. With Manual Underwrites.
Loans are mainly closed on the banking side, though
Branches can broker non-FHA loans as well.
On the banker side $595 per file includes processing
and underwriting.
