| I just came across them of recent and was curious if any lender out there can compete with that prodcut. 90% LTV NO MI 5/1 ARM up to 650K with a rate in the low-mid 6's. Of course full doc. |

| Yeah ING caps you at 80%. Any others out there besides Chevy Chase with good rates. |
