Hello all,

1.Can we use additional income from a non-owner occ. to satisfy the 28/43 dti??

2.What lenders don't require a FHA case number in order to submit. Deal is in IL. Using MSI right now for this 576, 80LTV, R&T, 60K in reserves.

Run in AU and should get approval on 80% r/t. Even at higher LTV's.

you will still need fha lender and sponsor id's
now that i think about i think most instances youwont need case # as long you have sponsor/lender id's

I am having trouble finding some to look at this deal. Ratios are strong at 25 34. Assurity Financial will look at it but they have a 3.5 hit for no FICO! That means the borrower would have to pay 1.8 ...
