Have a borrower who owns a restaurant here in town. They already own the one unit next door to their place of business, but want to buy the other unit there for their son to live in since he also runs the business. They only own one home, have tons of assets and a 692 with no derogatories.
Does anyone think they can do this at 60-70% going SIVA?

| With a 700 FICO we can do up to 75%LTV Investments. |
