Pasadena, MD
SFR
Owner Occupied
450 Midscore
Loan Amount $220,000.00
LTV/CLTV - 60%
Full Doc or Stated
1 Year Term Minimum
She is buying out her brother in the property and paying off debt. With the debt paid off we will be able to turn around and refi her FHA with her imporoved credit score.

I am no currently licensed in MD and would need to refer this to someone who is.
