I've got a wealthy individual grinding me hard. ING will play ball with him around where he needs to be to buy this mansion in the Hollywood Hills- wants to put only 25% down on a 1.7m purchase AND get a rate below 5.9 on a 5/1 or similar. Anybody know where to take this bad boy?
