Hello,

I have a borrower that can only provide bank statements to show income or of course if he can go stated but he has a 640 Fico. The loan amount is 129k and the LTV is 61% and the loan is rate and term. He is looking for a 30 year fixed or 3/1 I/O arm with no ppp. If you could let me know if you can help, I would greatly appreciate the advice.
